They’ve known each other since elementary school. They went to the same school, lived in the same neighborhood, played in the same group, they were best friends. When they’re pointed to organized a group trip to Bandung, they had to communicate with each other more intensely, then all of a sudden, Cindy and Sandy felt the “zing”. After the Bandung trip, they had another group trip to Pulau Seribu, and yes, they were closer than ever. After dating for four years, Sandy decided to ask Cindy’s parent’s permission to marry her. Having her parent’s approval in his pocket, he prepared a personal proposal for Cindy. With a big collated photos of them and a bouquet, he got on his knee and popped the question.

They always wanted to have a small and intimate wedding, unfortunately, it wasn’t possible due to both of their families’ guest list. They ended up with 1000 people crowding in Thamrin Nine Ballroom with marble and gold theme. They realized that the wedding day is a beautiful start for a lifelong love story but what’s more important is the day after it. That’s why they kept their wedding day as lowkey as possible while still respecting their loved ones.

Aside from a little sleeping trouble the night before the wedding, they are very grateful because everything went well. They were so relaxed and happy to see how awesome all the vendors worked since preparation until the wedding day. Cindy’s favorite moment is when Sandy drove the wedding car by himself, she thinks it showed independence, plus showed how awesome her husband was. Sandy’s favorite moment was when they declared their wedding vow in front of God and their loved ones, he thinks it’s a huge responsibility to bear but hey, he’s so ready for
