We believe that meeting like-minded people who are willing to work together in a team, is never a coincidence. Our main team now consists of 6 people with different backgrounds and peculiar traits. Conflicts are inevitable, quarrelling and arguing are already part of teamwork, but we have a vision that binds us together and most importantly we have a continuous discussion about things. It’s actually the communication part that helps us to get closer and to know each other better. It also induces tolerance and understanding when the real problem occurs. So yes, it’s not a coincidence to stay solid, it requires time, sacrifices, and willingness to go through the process.

 

Let us introduce our team one by one from the first row (those standing at the back), from left to right, it’s Mikhael Andarias (#BareOddsMike-Photographer), Andreas Natanael (#BareOddsDre-Videographer), and Nadya Esmeralda (Client relation manager). On the second row, we have Fifiani Lugito (Social media strategist), Leonardus Aditya (#BareOddsLeon-Photographer) and finally our newest family member Robertus Daru (#BareOddsDaru-Videographer).

  

Actually, It’s been three years since Daru joined us as a freelance videographer. And talking about process, he’s the real example of a person who has the grit to go through the process and step forward. This year, together we decided to bring the spotlight to him and introduce #BareOddsDaru to you. This is hopefully can bring balance into the team since we now have two photographers and two videographers. We really hope that this improvement helps us to witness your connections even better.
